Welcome to Omega Grips! We’re stoked you’ve chosen us for all your lacrosse tape needs. Our goal is to get your orders to you quickly and safely, so you can keep dominating on the field. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping policies.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If you’ve placed a large order or customized request, it might take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated!

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you're in a rush or just want the most cost-effective choice.

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping: $24.99 (Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST)

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax) within the U.S.!

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Address Issues

It’s super important that your shipping address is entered correctly. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships. Unfortunately, we can’t change addresses once an order has already shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we work with the best carriers to get your order to you on time, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control (weather, holidays, etc.). Please allow extra time during peak seasons or unexpected delays. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if there are any significant delays.

Damaged or Missing Packages

We carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged or goes missing in transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your package (or expected delivery). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue ASAP.
